My current research interests revolve around understanding the role of emotions in organizational life, with a focus on topics such as emotional climate and emotional fit, emotion and decision making, emotions in communication process, trust and betrayal in work relationships, psychological safety and engagement at work, and the linkages between emotions and organizational culture. I study emotions from both individual and organizational levels of analysis, using a variety of research methods including surveys, qualitative analysis, and experiments.
