Abstract
Applied Critical Leadership (ACL) is presented as an inclusionary and transformative leadership theory that addresses historical and contemporary inequities faced by minoritized communities. Grounded in critical race theory, ACL encourages leaders to embrace their identities and serve their communities through equity-focused practices that are adaptable across sectors. The framework emphasizes healing through honest dialogue, collective decision-making, and a commitment to decolonizing leadership narratives, thereby fostering unity and future growth amid shared disproportionate trauma.
