Expertise
Through community responsive research methodologies, I explore how educational institutions become places where faculty, students, and communities flourish. In 2013 I introduced Applied Critical Leadership as a framework for equitable organizational transformation and it has continued to evolve through Cultural Resonance, an approach that centers belonging, identity, and human connection in educational systems. My current scholarship advances Faculty Success as an emerging interdisciplinary field of inquiry, integrating leadership, organizational change, community-engaged scholarship, and educator well-being to strengthen institutions in service of students and society.
