A graduate of the University of Alabama, Dr. Park has an extensive academic background in sport pedagogy, adapted physical education, and clinical experience working with individuals with a disability in both school and sports settings. Dr. Park is a prior recipient of a National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) research grant, focusing on adapted sports and collegiate athletes with disabilities. His current research addresses the role of adapted sports in modifying individual and collective perceptions of disability, physical education, and adapted physical education.
