Abstract
While there are some notable exceptions (e.g., the Mid-Atlantic states are projected to have moderate surpluses; Castillo, Curtis, & Tan, 2014), school districts around the nation are frequently asking the question: "Where are the school psychologists?" More than a decade ago, data provided by the NASP membership survey led to projections that more than 50% of the school psychology workforce would retire by 2015, and two out of every three would have left the field by 2020 (Curtis, Grier, & Hunley, 2004).
