Abstract
This study is to analyze the problem of university information technology education, to build a continuous line of information technology, educational objectives and curriculum system throughout four-year undergraduate and three-year specialist. Through research and practice exploration, the study establish three-dimensional instructional resources of multimedia: digital; multi-level; and systematic, to explore an instructional model from one teacher, one course to multi-teacher, and one course of university information technology course teaching, which has made a number of achievements, with obvious effect.
