Abstract
In 2015, the Americans with Disabilities Act celebrated its 25th Anniversary. While this law has helped open up doors to millions of people with disabilities, there is still not a well know training to assist people who work with and interact with people with disabilities. This project was designed to assist the Leadership and Supervisory team at Six Flags Discovery Kingdom to better assist guests with disabilities. At the time of this project, Six Flags had a minimal training for team members on how to assist and interact with guests with disabilities. This program will assist the Leadership team members at Six Flags Discovery Kingdom to best assist guests with disabilities.
