Teacher burnout is a critical issue in the field of education, affecting both educators and students. Research highlights the detrimental effects of burnout on teachers’ mental and physical well-being, job performance, and overall classroom environments. The impact of teacher burnout extends beyond educators, influencing student engagement, academic achievement, and social-emotional development in students. Teachers experiencing burnout are more prone to teaching poorly, which negatively impacts students. This project aims to provide various interventions and preventative strategies, including mindfulness, cognitive-behavioral therapy, self-care practices, and institutional support systems. Research suggests that fostering positive school environments, promoting professional development, and encouraging healthy lifestyle habits are essential in mitigating burnout. Ultimately, this project aims to underscore the importance of proactive measures to support teachers’ well-being, ensuring a sustainable and effective educational system.
