Abstract
Organizational Culture has become an evident part of a company’s success or failure. For CF and their clients, it was apparent that there was a lack of positive culture throughout all of the organizations, which was causing the companies to be less sustainable and therefore profitable. The newly developed Executive Team knew that they needed to implement a culture based on customer service in order to gain sustainability and profitability. Through team member surveys, turnover reports, claims, and lawsuits, the Human Resources Team was able to develop a strategic plan based on policies, processes, procedures, and trainings to implement the new culture. While there are still plenty of opportunities for improvement, they have managed to create a foundation for the culture amongst all the companies. Within a year of implementing the new culture, they have already begun to increase their sustainability and profitability.
