Abstract
Email is a key part of both work and personal communication. In businesses, emails help teams communicate, coordinate tasks, share updates, and make decisions [18]. Handling email inboxes sometimes can be challenging due to the high volume of messages, especially in a professional setting. As a result, important emails often get lost among less relevant ones. With the help of Generative AI and large language models, we can help users filter out the emails that are essential to them, discarding the junk and fraudulent ones.AI-powered summarization capabilities enable users to effectively navigate through email threads by providing summary, key points and actionable items. This project also covers the prompt engineering and fine-tuning techniques of the LLMs to generate the most accurate and insightful summaries of the email thread communications. As a result, this tool can significantly boost productivity by eliminating the need to read lengthy and tedious emails.
