Abstract
The tactic of project management is very important for business firms and various factors are involved such as resource management, tracking and monitoring of the project, client and employee conversations, etc. For these purposes, we do have individual tools which are useful on a small scale. But for a corporate level, there is a need for one tool to integrate many management features, which is the Project Management Tool. The Project Management Tool helps all the employees to work on the same database, get feedback instantaneously, and communicate with clients by using the tool because useful information can be saved in the database for future reference. The objective of this project is to help firms to be efficient in project management. In addition, this project is developed using an incremental model which allows addition or deletion of features provided by this tool.
