Abstract
This project was designed to provide resources to general education teachers and school staff to better support English Learners with disabilities in the general education setting. The professional development webinars are divided into four sections. Each section consists of different resources that teachers can incorporate in their lessons. The first day provides basic skills that students can use daily in any class when provided. This includes word banks, sentence frames, sentence starters, and four squares. Day two provides teachers material on how to present new information to students. Day three and four consist of information regarding checking for understanding and social interaction opportunities for students. It is important for general education as well as staff members to learn about how to incorporate strategies that can benefit students with disabilities who are also English learners. Many students are often confused or overwhelmed by the information that is being presented in their general education classes.
