Abstract

Learning disabled College Students Vocational Rehabilitation
This project is a collaborative work investigating the literature in the area of learning disabilities as it relates to post-secondary educational options. Each author reviewed the current literature relevant to her area of study. In the form of a comprehensive handbook, the authors attempted to provide information on post-secondary choices for high school students with learning disabilities. Post-secondary choices consist of colleges/universities and/or vocationaI schools and training. In conclusion, this handbook may provide high school students having learning disabilities with beneficial information about learning disabilities, vocational schools and training, learning disabilities services and programs at both colleges and universities, and resources for learning disabled students.
