Abstract
The purpose of this work seeks to transform the status quo of mainstream leadership development programs laden with male-valued leadership theories. Feminist leadership theory is based on social transformation, and its goal is to transform the top-down structures with a relational approach to leading and managing. This project advocated for feminist leadership theory in leadership training programs as one of the main theories incorporated into organizational trainings. The project produced a professional development podcast episode. The researcher desires to bring leadership training programs out of the physical classroom and into a medium that can reach a larger audience.
