Abstract
This project presents a strategy manual that will focus on the Hispanic/ Latino population in order to assist the Department of Rehabilitation (DOR) teams, management and staff at the Roseville office to increase their Hispanic/Latino consumer numbers and community outreach. In order to develop this manual, the author consulted several sources, including those from the State of California DOR, related literature, disability advocates, cultural resource centers, government websites and counseling textbooks. A sub-goal of this manual is to educate the DOR teams, management and staff at the Roseville office.
