Abstract
In this project the author shows how the Integral Theory of Ken Wilber, one of the world's leading human science theorists, applies in the domain of business. The Integral Theory is a comprehensive model that attempts to integrate and map out multiple models and theories offered by an array of widely-respected
sciences. This research only considered some of its aspects, particularly its applications in business environment, including individuals, groups, organizations, interiors, exteriors, developmental levels, multiple perspectives, in an overall systemic approach (AQAL four quadrant model). The author explains that the hallmarks of successful organizations and leaders of the future will be the capability to consider the business environment in a holistic and integral manner to be able to meet the needs of the 21st century.
