Abstract
Statement of the Problem
This project is intended for high school football coaches wanting to implement the inside zone offense. The drill and schemes included in this manual will include techniques for the offensive lineman, quarterbacks, running backs, wide receivers, and tight ends involved with the offense. The correct steps and progressions are included with each position for a high school coach to have a clear understanding of the inside zone offensive strategy.

The sources of material for this project include books, manuals, clinic notes, and interviews with coaches from the collegiate football world considered creditable and knowledgeable.
