Abstract
The rapid expansion of high-throughput sequencing technologies has resulted in an unprecedented increase in genomic data. This exponential growth has made the data challenging and essential to interpret, integrate, and visualize. Many existing genomics platforms are very intense computationally and they require specialized expertise which makes them less suitable for the beginners or users wanting an interactive exploratory environment. I present GenomiVisual, A Guided Visualization Authoring Tool in Genomics for Beginners, a platform that is designed to simplify the process of visual data exploration in genomics. This platform provides supports for multiple genomic data formats like FASTA, VCF, AND CSV also integrates 2D and 3D visualization capabilities with the help of Plotly. The architecture of the system was built exclusively to provide an interactive interface which enables users to construct and modify visual representation of genomic data with minimal technical effort. This system also integrates a chatbot component to enhance the user interaction and their accessibility within the platform. This chatbot contributes to creating a more user-friendly environment which allows users to engage with the system through conversational interface promoting an intuitive and guided exploration.
