Abstract
The purpose of this project seeks to advocate for gender diversity and inclusivity in male dominated industries, focusing on blue-collar jobs. Blue-collar jobs have been traditionally male dominated, but efforts are being made to bridge the gender gap and challenge workplace practices and biases that discourages women from entering these industries. The project was to provide a professional training on Gender Equity for men and women in blue-collar jobs to promote workplace inclusivity, diversity, and minimize gender bias. By recognizing Gender inequalities, this training provides education on best practices for creating an equitable workplace for all.
