This project takes a critical look at whether wine trails are beneficial to both the industry and the community. It also examines the issue of the type of organizational structures that are available to run wine trails once they are established. This is done through a detailed review of the literature and conducting a survey of four established wine regions. Finally, this project addresses the question of whether breweries should be included in the wine trail to increase sales and enrich the consumers' experience.
