Abstract
The purpose of this study is to identify the reasons and extent of influential factors for the successful implementation of ERP as well as those factors that hamper ERP implementation. ERP solutions offer positive return of investments if business processes are adapted according to best practices. Most ERP implementation projects focus on only technical factors but neglect the importance of non-technical factors such as project management, training, and change management.
