Abstract
Many university students in today’s era are facing mental health concerns such as anxiety and depression and they often face barriers to seeking help due to stigma or discomfort in discussing their issue. Thus, to address the growing psychological needs of university students I have developed Beebestie - a mental health web application that includes various features which helps students by guiding to relevant stress coping strategies and resources. This application is not only offered for students but also empowers institutions to implement timely mental health interventions based on data-driven insights using a data visualization dashboard included for administrators. This application aims to reduce barriers to mental health support by taking the dual approach of combining individual self-care tools along with administrative oversight to foster a supportive campus environment.
