Abstract
The purpose of this study was to ascertain (1) current practices of forwarding permanent record folders; (2) the reasons for the various practices which are followed; (3) the opinions which administrators have of the current practice being followed in their district; (4) the forwarding practice which each administrator considers ideal; and (5) other factors which may affect the forwarding of permanent record folders.
