Abstract
This thesis utilized a mixed methodology, which included a content analysis identifying both quantitative and qualitative data. Data were first identified by qualitatively examining episodes in order to identify overarching themes; and then it was quantitatively coded for specific instances of counternormative behavior present in the television show Rock of Love Bus with Bret Michaels.
