Abstract
Invited presentation for the U.S. Repository Network (USRN) Community Call on Sacramento State's approach to persistent identifiers (PIDs) in scholarly communication and repository services. The session explored the integration of DOIs, Handles, ORCID iDs, and ROR identifiers within publishing, repository, and researcher profile workflows, and discussed practical challenges related to metadata quality, identity management, reporting, and researcher adoption.
