Abstract

COVID-19 (Disease) Topology--Data processing
COVID-19 has been a central part of almost everyone’s lives for the past year. The virus has spread throughout the United States at different rates in each state. A lot of data has been published daily about the infection rates across states. In this project, we examined how Topological Data Analysis tools could be used to visualize the COVID-19 infection rates across different counties in California, Florida, and New York.
