Abstract
This paper addresses the prediction of conformal array far-field performance with improved precision. The approach is based on the development of high accuracy radiating element models. Focusing on conformal open waveguide arrays, new high accuracy open waveguide models have been developed utilizing excellent fidelity measured data. These models are then employed to quite accurately predict the overall far-field pattern response. These results are compared with measured far-field array data to illustrate the efficacy of the method.
