Abstract
Jack Jacqua is famous on the streets of San Francisco, in detention centers,
and in penitentiaries throughout the country. He is described as “the one and
only” and “to the left of Malcolm X.” Jack is unique, an anomaly, a personality
rarely found elsewhere.
